Your data is used to: operate and improve the DermoElite platform; personalize product and course recommendations; process transactions and subscriptions; send service and marketing communications (with your consent); detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in platform operations (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements. All third parties are required to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Account data is typically retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years for legal purposes.

About the App
We are targeting a public launch in 2026, following a closed beta phase in late 2025. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified the moment early access opens. We'll be launching simultaneously on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
At launch, DermoElite will be available across the European Union, with a focus on Poland, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Expansion to additional markets including the United Kingdom and North America is planned for subsequent phases.
Yes, the DermoElite app will be free to download. The marketplace is open to all users. Premium training courses and advanced features such as AI skin analysis and expert consultations will be available under subscription or pay-per-use models. Pricing details will be announced before launch.
Our AI-powered skin analysis uses your device's camera and a series of guided prompts to evaluate your skin's characteristics — including hydration levels, tone uniformity, pore visibility, and sensitivity indicators. The results are processed on-device where possible, with your explicit consent required before any data is transmitted. Analysis data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
Products & Brands
Every brand and product undergoes a thorough vetting process. Our team of dermatologists and cosmetic scientists review ingredient lists, safety certifications, and clinical evidence before any product is approved. We do not list products with prohibited substances under EU Cosmetics Regulation No 1223/2009.
Yes. We welcome applications from professional cosmetic brands that meet our quality standards. Please contact us at partners@dermoelite-app.com with your brand information, product documentation, and any relevant certifications. Our partnerships team will respond within 5 business days.
Absolutely. We work exclusively with authorized distributors and brand-direct partnerships. Each product listing includes batch traceability, and our team conducts periodic spot checks. Counterfeit goods have no place on our platform — any suspected authenticity issue is investigated immediately.
Training & Education
All courses are created and reviewed by licensed professionals — including licensed estheticians, certified cosmetologists, and consultant dermatologists. We do not accept content from unverified influencers or anonymous sources. Every instructor profile is verified and publicly displayed on the platform.
Yes. Upon successful completion of accredited courses, you will receive a digital DermoElite Certificate of Completion. For certain professional programs, certificates will carry continuing education credits recognized within the EU beauty industry. Details will be available on each course listing at launch.
We are building an instructor community and welcome applications from qualified professionals. Contact us at partners@dermoelite-app.com with your credentials, area of expertise, and a brief description of the course you'd like to offer. Our editorial team will review your application and guide you through the onboarding process.
Data & Privacy
We take data privacy very seriously. DermoElite is fully GDPR-compliant and operated under Polish law. Your personal data is never sold. We collect only what is necessary to provide our services, and you have full rights over your data at all times. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Once the app launches, this will be available directly within account settings. You may also submit a deletion request to legal@dermoelite-app.com. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17.
